A classroom teacher for 9 years, an assistant principal for 3 years, and now an Executive Director, she holds multiple teaching certificates in the Great State of Texas:

Dr. Tinius has presented at conferences such as The Title III Symposium and the TAASP Summer Workshop. She specializes in instructional strategies that support students from special populations all the way from LFWR (Low For Whatever Reason), SpEd, 504, and MTSS/RTI, to GT.
Presentations focus on Literacy, High Levels of Student Engagement, Increasing Rigor & Relevance, Instructional Leadership, Campus Culture, and The MTSS-SEL-Restorative Discipline Framework.
